What Is Telehealth?
Telehealth allows you to receive healthcare services remotely through secure electronic communication. Depending on your treatment needs, services may include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up appointments, and other appropriate behavioral health services.
Benefits of Telehealth
- Convenient access to care from your home or another private location.
- Reduced travel time and transportation costs.
- Improved access for patients with mobility or scheduling challenges.
- Continuity of care when in-person visits are not practical.
Potential Risks
- Technical issues may interrupt or delay your appointment.

By scheduling or participating in a telehealth appointment with Lotus Heart Healing LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this information, have had the opportunity to ask questions, understand the benefits and potential risks of telehealth, and voluntarily consent to receive healthcare services through telehealth technology.
